Admission Procedure

ADMISSION IS GOING ON. YOU CAN GET FORM FROM THE OFFICE OR CAN DOWNLOAD IT FROM THIS WEBSITE.

1) Recent passport size photograph (not less than 3 weeks).

2) The Application Form should be filled by the applicant in his/her own handwriting.

3) Applicants send the fill-up Application Form with copies of certificates to the Institute office address for seat booking.

4) Applicants can also book the seats by directly visit the Institution.

5) The information given in the Application should be correct. False information or suppression of any factual information in the Application would lead to disqualification and/or termination in the Programme.

6) Application Fee and Booking Amount once paid will not be refunded.

7) The Applicant should possess Good Health, Character, and free from Physical and Mental Handicap.

8) Copies of all bellow mentioned Certificates should be enclosed with the Application Form. a) HSCE and CHSE or equivalent pass certificate and mark sheet issued by the Board or Council. b) Leaving Certificate of the last institution attended. c) Caste certificate in respect of reserved category. d) PWD Certificate in case of persons with disability candidates. e) Service Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen. f) Green card certificate for Green Card Holders. g) Valid Aadhar Card h) Valid E-mail Id i) Migration Certificate, Admit Card of Board & Council in case of outside Odisha candidates. j) Physical Fitness Certificate / Medical Fitness Certificate.

9) Once submitted, the copies of the certificates will not be refunded.
